Advanced 4x4 With Twin-Clutch Rear-Drive Unit
The 2022 Bronco™ Sport Badlands™ driveline is engineered to balance off-road capability with on-road performance. The twin-clutch rear-drive unit can send torque to a single rear wheel even when the other three wheels have no traction. It can divert virtually all rear axle torque to either rear wheel. In concert with the vehicle's selectable G.O.A.T. Modes™ (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain), the hardware introduces the ability to make the vehicle more agile on loose terrain. *

You can travel down murky trails with confidence knowing you have the proper tools to get you through. And if you come across a fellow traveler stuck in the mud, you have the equipment to help them out. When there are high winds, front tow hooks are also a sturdy place to tie down your tent or gear.

HOSS Suspension
Every Bronco® Sport has a High-Performance, Off-Road, Stability, with Suspension (HOSS) System, tested in the wilderness and optimized to help drivers maintain vehicle composure while aggressively taking on rugged terrain. The system is highlighted by uniquely tuned front struts with hydraulic rebound stops designed to provide a quieter, less jarring off-road experience. In addition, 46 mm diameter monotube rear shocks provide improved response and more comfort off-road, while softer springs and anti-roll bars provide greater articulation over obstacles.*

All-Terrain Tires
Big Bend® (shown with optional Convenience Package) comes standard with 17" wheels and can be upgraded to include the available 225/65/R17 All-Terrain tires. They are tough, capable and designed to handle what nature throws in their way. Badlands® comes standard with 17" wheels and 225/65/R17 All-Terrain tires with the option to upgrade to the 235/65/R17 All-Terrain Off-Road tires.*
