3.3-liter TI-VCT V6                                        

The 3.3-liter TI-VCT V6 has a dual-injection system and a high compression ratio. It outputs 290-horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 265 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. The F-150 optimizes its power with variable cam timing that opens and closes the engine valves. The six-speed automatic transmission has three modes-normal, tow-haul, and sport-ensuring you have the flexibility for any driving condition. This powertrain has a maximum towing capacity of 7,700 pounds and a maximum payload capacity of 1,900 pounds when properly equipped.

3.5-liter EcoBoost                                         

The 3.5-liter EcoBoost doesn't lack for power, achieving 375 horsepower at 5,000 rpm. Its 470 lb-ft of torque at 3,500 rpm is the best in its class. It can tow up to 13,200 pounds, and its payload can handle up to 3,230 pounds of goods.  Ford optimizes engine durability with hydraulic valve-lash adjusters. The 10-speed automatic transmission boasts enhanced acceleration, drag-reduction, and three overdrive gears. You can choose from the following driving modes: normal, tow-haul, snow-wet, EcoSelect, and sport.


5.0-liter TI-VCT V8                                         

The 5.0-liter TI-VCT V8 is the big boy, mustering 395 horsepower at 5,750 rpm and 400 lb-ft of torque at 4,500 rpm. The power comes from a fine-tuned direct injection system. Gas is injected directly into the cylinder, which maximizes power. The compression ratio is an impressive 12:1. Its 11,600-pound maximum towing capacity provides plenty of pull, and the 3,270 pounds of payload capacity is impressive too. This model also comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission. An available engine prep package equips your truck to run on compressed natural gas or propane, and can also switch between CNG or propane and gasoline.
